Star Wars, Steampunk, and Assorted Goodies
Friday, July 24th, 2009

In time for this week’s Comic-Con convention in San Diego, we’ve launched two huge websites.  The first, for the Random House Publishing Group, announces the publication of Star Wars: Death Troopers by Joe Schreiber — a novel that combines two of our loves, horror and Star Wars, all in one book.  You can visit the site by clicking the thumbnail below:

We also designed a Star Wars-themed e-newsletter for Random House, plus an e-newsletter for Random House author Terry Brooks, both of which you can you view on our E-cards & E-newsletters page.

The second huge site we launched was for Simon & Schuster and its author Scott Westerfeld.  Westerfeld is the author of a new steampunk book series called Leviathan.  Deena had a lot of fun creating the animation for the homepage, which shows gears and steam combining to form the author’s name.  You can visit that site by clicking ths thumbnail:

Other recent websites include Hope for Kai, a charity site for a young boy who needs donations for a bone marrow transplant (so make sure you visit the site!), and a site for The Cluetrain Manifesto book from the Perseus Books Group.

Lastly, visit our Interactive Movies and Games page for a special treat.  To promote author Tim Waggoner’s new novel Nekropolis, Deena created a special book video with a voiceover by Matt.
